Multi-Step Dialog

A setup or checkout dialog that carries its own wizard flow instead of forcing a custom build: progress rail, Back/Next footer, per-step validation gating, and focus moved to the new step's heading on every change, with focus returned to the trigger on close.

bash
$ velocityx add standard-multi-step-dialog

Built for react. Needs react already installed as a peer dependency. An Astro-only project needs @astrojs/react wired up first — this won't run on its own in plain Astro.

Using the Multi-Step Dialog component

Install it with velocityx add standard-multi-step-dialog. The CLI writes the source straight into your project — no runtime dependency, no registry lock-in, and it themes itself from the same primary-*/accent-* scale as the rest of the library.
