Step Dots Nav

A compact clickable dot/pill position indicator for slide decks, galleries and onboarding screens — the active dot stretches into a pill, every dot is a real button with roving keyboard focus, and position is announced to screen readers rather than shown by colour alone.

Subscription Included with the Velocity Components subscription.
bash
$ velocityx add standard-step-dots-nav

Built for react. Needs react already installed as a peer dependency. An Astro-only project needs @astrojs/react wired up first — this won't run on its own in plain Astro.

Using the Step Dots Nav component

Install it with velocityx add standard-step-dots-nav. The CLI writes the source straight into your project — no runtime dependency, no registry lock-in, and it themes itself from the same primary-*/accent-* scale as the rest of the library.
